We want to continue to set an example in surface technology in the future. For this reason, innovative ideas and solutions for thermal spraying and mechanical processing are an elementary part of our work.

We are constantly expanding our range of services through new and further developments based on our own research projects. In addition, we also work closely with our customers when it comes to surface technology, because innovative surface technology and the associated new solutions secure our customers and us a decisive advantage in the market.

As a highly specialised medium-sized company, we can rely on a wide range of equipment and highly committed employees. This enables flexibility and short delivery times, especially when it comes to reliably implementing new things. The search for innovative solutions to enable new coating processes is what drives us. Every step and every detail counts in this respect.

Through the cooperation and support of very different university projects, we constantly come across new aspects and ways to make good things even better. Due to our many years of experience in the field of thermal spraying, we have in-depth and exclusive expertise in this field. Knowledge that is also in great demand in the research field. That is why we work closely with sponsors of various educational and research institutions, such as the Fraunhofer Institute, RWTH Aachen University, TU Dortmund University or Aalen University.

We conduct extensive research and work to improve product quality, conserve resources and optimise cost-effectiveness and efficiency in all matters relating to thermal coatings.

Our TOP 100 success story: Rybak + Hofmann among the innovation leaders in 2022

Honor at the German SME Summit: Ranga Yogeshwar honors Rybak + Hofmann rhv-Technik GmbH + Co. KG from Waiblingen on the occasion of their success in the TOP 100 innovation competition.

The award ceremony as part of the summit took place on Friday evening, June 24, in Frankfurt am Main for all medium-sized companies that were awarded the TOP 100 seal at the beginning of the year. The science journalist accompanies the innovation competition, which is being held for the 29th time, as a mentor.

In the scientific selection process, Rybak + Hofmann was particularly convincing in the „Climate of Innovation“ category in size class A (up to 50 employees). The company is one of the top innovators for the second time.
